FRANKLIN PARK, IL - Sloan FLUSHMATEŽ, the world's leading supplier of pressure-assist water closet operating systems announces the introduction of its newest design, FLUSHMATE 503 Series. The new FLUSHMATE pressure-assist operating system is more compact, quieter and offers smoother actuation than prior generations.

Used by major fixture manufacturers in their pressure-assist water closets, the new FLUSHMATE has been designed to be more compact, enabling the fixture manufacturers to utilize a wider range of designs to accommodate the demands of 1.6 low consumption laws. Through the use of advanced materials, the new FLUSHMATE also is quieter during the flushing cycle, with actual decibel level performance in the flushing cycle similar to gravity-type tank designs. FLUSHMATE remains the leading performer in a 1.6 gallon-per-flush (GPF) system on the market today.

FLUSHMATE-equipped water closets deliver the 1.6 GPF at a greater rate than that of gravity-type units. This eliminates all double-flushing, which is common with 1.6 GPF gravity-type water closets, and improves the drainline carry (how far waste is carried down the line). In addition, this flushing effectively scrubs the bowl, leaving it cleaner. The FLUSHMATE operating system, by eliminating double flushing and water leakage between flushes, achieves a higher level of water savings (up to 20% more over other low-consumption tank-type water closets).

The water closet's larger trapway reduces bowl stoppages, and the tank is sweatless because of the double-wall design, eliminating wet floors during humid conditions. FLUSHMATE's larger water spot (116 sq. in.) also helps reduce housekeeping chores. These features translate into greater consumer satisfaction.
